That See the Whole Girl
They lead clubs, earn top grades, and look like they have it all together. But behind the achievement, your counselors are fielding more conversations about overwhelm, perfectionism, burnout, and emotional shutdown than ever before.
Your team is stretched thin. Adding more to their plate isn’t the answer. But doing nothing means watching these girls white-knuckle their way through school — and arrive at college without the emotional foundation to sustain what they’ve built.
This one-page guide is designed to be handed directly to any parent who comes to your office worried about their daughter. It explains what Girl Reimagined is, how it works, and what kind of girl it’s built for — in language a mom will actually connect with.
No follow-up calls. No email list. Just a resource your team can use today.

Jamie is a National Board Certified Educator with 26 years of experience working with teenagers. Since 2011, she has been exclusively focused on adolescent girls — understanding the patterns behind their perfectionism, overwhelm, and self-doubt, and developing practical frameworks that create lasting change.
She founded Girl Reimagined to bridge the gap between what high-achieving girls look like on the outside and how they actually feel on the inside. Her approach is built on thousands of hours working directly with teen girls and their families — not theory.
Girl Reimagined operates entirely outside the school day. When your counselors identify a student who needs more support than your team can provide, or when a parent comes to you looking for answers — you have somewhere credible to point them.
If your school is interested in learning more about how Girl Reimagined can serve as an ongoing resource for your families, we’d love to hear from you. Fill out the form below and Jamie will follow up personally.
